Subscriber Management System
The MAXICASTER back-end environment incorporates a complete Subscriber Management System as part of the default design. Whilst this is ideal for Greenfield deployments the vast majority of Service Providers will have an existing SMS that they want to utilize for any new services. As a result, MAXICASTER also incorporates an open SMS API which simplifies rapid integration.
The SMS functionality covers both global settings (relating to the total subscriber base) and individual settings (defined to a specific customer group or individual subscriber). The MAXICASTER back-end console incorporates tools specifically targeted at Customer Service personnel to help identify and replicate and rectify faults or concerns. This functionality can either can used stand-alone or incorporated into a Service Providers existing Customer Care environment.
